Carmine Di Maro

Biography:

Carmine Di Maro is the Executive Director of the One Mind Accelerator, where he built and leads a specialized program supporting high-growth companies transforming mental health care. Since launch, he has helped scale 51 companies that have collectively raised over $1.1 billion and expanded access to care for more than 1.5 million patients. He designed the accelerator’s program to support founders across business development, fundraising, clinical strategy, partnerships, and long-term scale. Beyond the curriculum, Carmine has built a robust infrastructure connecting startups to payers, providers, employers, researchers, government agencies, and investors — helping bridge the gap between innovation and real-world adoption.
