Biography:
Jeffrey M. Robbins, MSW, LICSW, is the Senior Clinical Social Worker in Neurology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Lecturer on Neurology at Harvard Medical School. Over a 48-year career, he has combined clinical practice, teaching, advocacy, and community service, specializing in Alzheimer’s disease, family systems therapy, epilepsy, addiction and mental health. Robbins founded and co-founded multiple innovative volunteer and educational programs, including National Alzheimer’s Buddies and Camp Wee-Kan-Tu. He has taught internationally, authored scholarly works, mentored students and clinicians, and received numerous awards including an NASW Lifetime Achievement Award, recognizing excellence in patient care, teaching, leadership, and community engagement.
