Biography:

Rachel Ibanez graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2017, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She is a Board Certified Addiction Registered Nurse (CARN). She began her career in Ambulatory Care with Harris Health System in 2018, and now transitioned to the role of Nurse Care Manager for the Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) Program since 2020.
