Biography:
Dr. Amauri studied Medicine at the School of Life Sciences, Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, Brazil, and graduated as MD in 2018. He specializes in neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism, with interests in early identification, comorbidity, and evidence-based interventions. He has presented at NDCC and at the APA meetings. Current projects include a paper on GLP-1 analogs for smoking cessation and five others first-author meta-analyses. He collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to translate research into scalable, patient-centered care that improves outcomes for youth and their families globally.
