Dr. Anita Handore–Salunke is Founder and Director of PhytoElixir Pvt. Ltd., an innovation-driven phyto-biotechnology startup in India. She holds Ph.D. Microbiology & M.Phil. Environmental Science. Two granted process patents are at her credits, along with multiple patent filings across agriculture, food, healthcare, and nutraceuticals. With over 2 decades of R&D experience, she translates laboratory discoveries into scalable, value-driven technologies spanning Microbiology, Biotechnology, Functional Foods & Beverages, Agriculture–Environmental Solutions, and Healthcare. An invited international key speaker, editorial board member, and prolific author with 100+ publications, she mentors PG and Ph.D. researchers and has received 25+ national and international awards for advancing sustainable innovation with societal and economic impact.
