Dr. Dyusengali Baitubayev is a highly respected expert in psychiatry and narcology with a career spanning four decades of clinical practice and a quarter-century of pioneering scientific activity. Based in the Republic of Kazakhstan, he currently serves as a leading Psychiatrist-Narcologist at the Psychiatric Dispensary in Ridder, while maintaining strong research ties in Semey.
Dr. Baitubayev’s groundbreaking research focuses on the biological and physiological mechanics of addiction.
