Biography:

Dr. Dyusengali Baitubayev is a highly respected expert in psychiatry and narcology with a career spanning four decades of clinical practice and a quarter-century of pioneering scientific activity. Based in the Republic of Kazakhstan, he currently serves as a leading Psychiatrist-Narcologist at the Psychiatric Dispensary in Ridder, while maintaining strong research ties in Semey.

Dr. Baitubayev’s groundbreaking research focuses on the biological and physiological mechanics of addiction. He is widely recognized for his theories on the "progressive adaptation" of the human body to toxic substances, the impact of prolonged chemical use on the endocrine system, and the neurological phenomenon known as the "hypermnesia of euphoria."

An accomplished academic, Dr. Baitubayev has authored more than 30 scientific papers published in prestigious national and international medical journals. His session will bridge the gap between complex neurobiological research and practical, frontline addiction therapy.
