Biography:
Insaf Bekir is currently an associate professor at IHEC Sousse. She was previously director of IHEC Sousse and the director of department of Economics at the University of Sousse. She holds a PHD in Economics from the university of Sousse, an MS degree in Mathematics Economics C Applied Econometrics from the University Paris X Nanterre. She has published several research articles in leading academic journals. Her research interest focuses on Intellectual Property Rights issues, experimental and behaviour Economics, corruption. She is the president of the Tunisian association for gender studies (ATEG) and the country representative of Society for the Advancement of Behavioral Economics (SABE).
