Biography:
James McNinch, MSW, LCSW, is a therapist, entrepreneur, and technology innovator working at the intersection of trauma treatment, addiction recovery, therapist training, and artificial intelligence. As Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Momentum Modalities, he leads the development of AI-powered platforms that support therapist training, clinical fidelity, and behavioral health outcomes. James has over two decades of experience in behavioral healthcare and has served in clinical leadership roles within addiction treatment and trauma-focused care. He is the co-creator of Addiction-Centered NARM (NARM-AC), an adaptation of the NeuroAffective Relational Model designed specifically for addiction and compulsive disorders, developed in collaboration with Dr. Laurence Heller and colleagues in the addiction treatment field.
