Michelle Charbonnier, CRADC, PLPC, CGDC is a therapist, rehabilitation counselor, and Executive Director of Missouri Network for Opiate Reform and Recovery (MoNetwork). With over nine years of experience holding space for individuals in recovery and beyond, Michelle is deeply committed to harm reduction, advocacy, and person-centered care.
As a leader in the field, she has developed and implemented programs which bridge the gap between clinical practice and harm reduction strategies, ensuring individuals receive compassionate, evidence-based support. Michelle is also a partner at Sovereign Collective LLC, where she specializes in motivational coaching, speaking, and retreats which empower individuals to redefine their lives on their own terms.
