The brand-name medicine may not always be available in every dose form or strength. Schizophrenia is also treated with it in combination with several medications. It is furthermore used as a second-line drug for the treatment of the bipolar disorder. Some common side effects of carbamazepine include constipation, tiredness, drowsiness, and disorders of voluntary movement.
