CPT, DSM, and ICD

ICD:
The International Classification of diseases and other Health Problems (ICD) codes are used in conjunction with CPT codes to submit insurance claims. They were developed by the World Health Organization (WHO). The Evaluation and Edition Of the Diagnostic contains the DSM-5 codes.

CPT:
