It is a serious mental condition which is characterized by delusion and hallucination like hearing voices, bizarre behaviour and speech, and illogical and incoherent thought. Because of their illogical and disorganised cognitive processes, schizophrenia sufferers do not mean what they say. Because of their extreme mental instability, individuals are unable to discriminate between logical and illogical ideas. There are word slurs and physical faults in their brain processes. As a result of their complexes controlling their brain processes, schizophrenics are continuously thinking in terms of their own phantasies and daydreams. The symptoms of Schizophrenic psychology characterized in 3 different groups i.e.
Positive Symptoms - Those abnormally present like Hallucination, Paranoia, Distorted perceptions, behaviour and belief.
Negative Symptoms - This includes those are abnormally absent like loss or decrease in the ability to initiate a plan, to express emotion or to find pleasure and, to speak.
Disorganized Symptoms - Disordered and confused speech and thinking, abnormal movement and bizarre behaviour.
